Our Mission

Our mission is to meet the needs of people who either through illness or injury, have difficulty maintaining their independence and quality of life whilst continuing to live in their own homes.

Our Carers are available throughout the North London, including Enfield, Haringey, Barnet, Islington, Camden Hackney, we provide a comprehensive care service for people who need our help and assistance. From simple visits for domestic assistance, through to full complex care 24-hour packages.

We provide care services including Live-in care which is often an ideal solution for you or a loved one, who needs more intensive support and care whilst wishing to remain living in the comfort of their own home.

North London community care Agency is a private limited company, established to meet the care and support needs of people wishing to maintain their independence and continue living in their own home across North |London areas and greater London. Registered with the Care Quality Commission, the company provides domiciliary care and live in care services, where required.

Following your initial contact our care manager will make an appointment to visit your home if you wish, within 72 hours, to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Our Aims & Objectives

Our aim is to satisfy and promote the expectations of you, the Service user to ensure the quality of personal care and support which people receive whilst working in partnership with you to meet your individual recruitment and selection needs.

We aim to provide a flexible, efficient, value for money quality domiciliary care and support service.

We aim to safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of the Service User, and to enable the Service User to maintain their personal independence, have informed choice and an opportunity to enjoy and contribute to society.

NLCCA is none discriminatory and shall serve all Service Users regardless of race, nationality, language, religion or beliefs, age, sex or sexual orientation, or social standing, nor is there any discrimination made between Service Users who pay directly for the service and those who do not. In the event of special needs and preferences of ethnic, cultural and religious group’s advice would be sought to enable NLCCA staff to meet those needs.

Our objective is the provision of a high quality professional organization that is committed to assisting the Service User to maintain his/her quality of life and to remain in their own home for as long as possible and as long as it is in the Service Users own interests.
