Job Description
North London Community Care Agency is an award-winning Health & Social Care Agency with a proven track record of provding nursing, medical and homecare professionals to the NHS, local authorities, independent and voluntary sectors. Our services are provided on temporary, permanent or bank basis depending on the needs of clients.
Role
Responsibilities include: domestic tasks, personal care, prompting or administering of medication, ensuring you stick to the relevant care and meal plan at hand, communicate any concerns, safeguarding, to ensure that you comply with the processes and procedures at hand in carrying out your role as best as you can. The successful candidate will be able to build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
